This Governance Handbook has been developed to support everyone involved in the governance of the Trust, including Members, Trustees, and Local Advisory Board Governors. Whether you are new to governance or bring a wealth of experience, this handbook provides an overview of our governance structure, key responsibilities, and the principles that guide decision-making across the Trust.

The handbook should be read alongside the Trust's Articles of Association and Scheme of Delegation, which set out the formal framework for governance and decision-making. Together, these documents define how responsibilities are distributed across the Trust to ensure effective oversight, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clear focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for pupils.
